1 Refund policy
Refund is available only under certain conditions, please read our refund policy before your order.
1.1 Refund before the time of dispatch
You may cancel your order and request a full refund BEFORE your package is dispatched.
Refunds will be proceeded within 1-2 business days after the refund request gets approved.
1.2 Damaged or defective product upon arrival
Upon the product’s arrival, the customer has the duty to check the condition of the product and notify damage or defect if any exists. In case of damaged or defective product upon arrival, you have to inform it within 7 days after the completion of dispatch. Claims will not be accepted after 7 days.
Hereby we inform you Refund procedure.
- Email us at email@example.com with your order number & product name, and describe the details of the defective or damaged product. Please provide us proof of original defects or damage, such as video or photo of the product that may prove damages or defects.
- After we confirm the damage or defectiveness of product based on your email, after the investigation being completed, we will send you DHL prepaid return label for your return.
- Please arrange for a pickup date at your convenient hour, print out the return label, re-pack the product with the accessories in their original condition, and hand the package to the courier.
- After the arrival of the product, our specialist will investigate and we will inform the result.
- In case the product has original damage or defect, you may choose either replacement or a refund.
1.3 Partial refund
After the completion of dispatch, customers have the right to request a refund within 7 days due to a change of mind. However, we will charge the shipping cost of round-trip delivery in the case of “Sealed & Unopened” products (around 70 USD).
In case of “Unsealed & Opened” products, we will charge the shipping cost of round-trip delivery and 20% Restocking Fee. Please provide us photo or video of the product before request a refund. After your product returns, our product specialist will investigate the status of the product and inform you regarding the partial refund.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. We often process orders on the same day and sent it right away, so you can receive it as soon as possible 😊
If some product is out of stock and the order process is taking more time than expected, we will inform customers individually via mail.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
We cover ALL custom fees for our customers. The price at the checkout is FINAL!
