Yes. All of our phones are factory unlocked devices, which means they can be used on all carriers worldwide. Before purchasing item, please check network compatibility section of the product page.

Yes, all products are new, sealed and shipped in their original packaging.

The reason why our cellphones are cheaper is that the products we offer are supplied from Korean official carrier company wholesalers (like SKT, KT, LGT) who give subsidies to promote their carrier service and supply smartphone devices at a cheaper price. This offer amount is limited and cheaper than regular price of smartphones in the market. That is why we are able to offer the best prices on market.

Unlocked phone is a phone that is not exclusively tied to a single carrier. It means that a product will work on any network. All our products are unlocked for international use and they will work with any network.

Of course! Devices come with a warranty of 12 months.

Depending on the destination country, phone models can differ. Phones that we sell are Korean international version phones and they all come with ONE sim card slot.

LG models can have few bloatware apps of Korean carrier company preinstalled on the device and they are not removable. However, they do not affect the usage experience, you can easily hide them anytime,


Order processing takes 1-2 business days (we often ship the same day you placed your order as well). If some product is out of stock and the order processing takes more than 3 business days, we will contact costumers individually by mail.

We ship all products directly from South Korea through DHL express. The shipping usually takes 3 to 5 working days. 

We use DHL EXPRESS service to deliver our goods safely and fastly.

No, we handle all custom fees for our clients. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Return and refund

Free refund or exchange is possible only in case when the product is damaged or defective. In other cases, you have to cover the shipping fee. For more details, please refer to our Legal Section (Refund Policy) at the bottom of the page.

We provide DHL return labels for our customers. Please contact us at in order to receive the return label.

We receive returns, but you have to keep in mind that you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee and returning shipping fee (unless the product is damaged or defective). If you changed your mind and don’t want the product, please do not open the box and break the seal, because we can not sell the product again and it creates a big loss to company. If you happened to already open the box, we will have to charge you additional fee (from 20% to 50%).

Please send us a message with a detailed description of the problem. We will send you a return label. When the product arrives to our office, we will inspect it and exchange it to a new product or refund it fully (your choice).
